POP 3, IMAP and Roaming SMTP Email Settings
Web Wiz mailboxes support POP3, IMAP, LDAP, Roaming SMTP, and WebMail services. On this page you will find out how to setup your POP 3 email client, such as Outlook to send and receive emails from your Web Wiz Mailboxes.
To pick up and send email using the Web Wiz mail servers you need to enter the following details into your email client: -

Where you see websitelive.net, replace this with your own sites domain name (without the 'www').
If your ISP blocks Port 25 for outgoing Roaming SMTP Email, Web Wiz also offer an alternative Port 587. Just configure your email client to send out email using Port 587 instead of Port 25.

SPAM Filters
Each mailbox includes configurable SPAM Filters which can be configured from your webmail account. You can select what action to take when emails are detected as being SPAM.
By default emails detected as SPAM with have the subject line prefixed with; SPAM-LOW, SPAM-MED, and SPAM-HIGH.
Anti-Virus Protection
Our mail servers include Anti-Virus protection, updated every hour with the latest virus definitions, so that any viruses within an email will be deleted before ever reaching your inbox.
