 Our network, servers, and services are monitored 24/7 from external monitoring systems at 30 second intervals.
If any of our servers or services do not respond our 24/7 technicians are paged to begin working fixing any issue within minutes.
The table below shows the current state of our networks and server availability in real-time. This data is taken from a live feed from the external monitoring systems.

UK Network Outage
A power outage at our UK data centre due to a fault in a UPS coursed power loss to some of our servers. The outage was only for a few minutes, but it did take around 10 minutes for some severs to come back online. |

Network and Server Upgrade
We will be upgrading our network to a new Tier 2 Multi-Homed Transit Network and upgrading servers on Sunday 24th February 2008. There maybe a few short outages during the day. |

Primary Mail Server Hardware Upgrade
We will be adding new SCSI RAID Drives to the Primary Mail Server over the weekend. We expect no downtime during this process, however you will not be able to create, delete, or modify, mailboxes from your hosting Control Panel during this time. |

Hardware Firewall Replacement
We have identified an issue in one of the firewall's serving our UK network. We will be replacing this firewall on Tuesday 23rd October. We do not expect any downtime. |
