I moved a major international client across to Web Wiz in March 2009 at very short notice when their own servers failed. Web Wiz were extremely
helpful and 5 large web sites and 5 SQL Server databases serving the UK,
US, Canada, Australia and Dubai were transferred, installed and tested
within 4 hours! After using a number of the 'household name' companies
over many years, waiting on premium support phone lines for hours or
waiting for email support for days, I find the Web Wiz approach to
customer service a very pleasant change. Problems (and they're usually
caused by me) are solved quickly and efficiently, usually within
minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending Web Wiz to any company
large or small - they are simply the best that I've worked with - ever.

After using a number of hosting companies I have to say that Web Wiz is a complete breath of fresh air. As an independent graphic and web designer, not a developer I have needed a fair amount of technical help. The help given, which on a number of occasions has gone beyond the call of duty has been supplied in a supremely professional and surprisingly fast way. In this aspect alone Web Wiz puts a number of the big players totally to shame, and that’s before you look at the technology, stability and performance they provide.
