Checking you have the correct ODBC Access Database Drivers
Another frequent problem with using databases on a web server is not having the correct ODBC Microsoft Access Driver installed.
To check what version of the ODBC Microsoft Access Driver you have installed on your system then follow the steps below: -
First you need to open the '' you will find it under '', '' and it will be called ''. If you can't find it on your system then you
don't have any ODBC drivers installed.
Once you open the ODBC Data Source Administrator select the '' tab . You should now see a list of ODBC drivers
installed on your computer.
Look down the list for ''.
Next to the '' there will be a version number. Check that this version number is 4 or
above.
If you do not have these drivers or the version number is below version 4 you may find the latest drivers: -
